Arrival & departure Check in between 16:00 and 20:00; check out by 11:00. If your plans fall outside those times, let us know before travelling. We will confirm what is possible. Early check-in depends on the room being ready.

Getting here & parking One parking space is available for each accommodation. A car is the easiest way to explore the surrounding countryside. In a real booking, your private guest page would hold the exact address and arrival instructions. This fictional demo does not provide driving directions to a real property.

What to pack We provide bed linen, towels, soap and a hairdryer. Bring comfortable shoes for village streets and garden paths, plus a layer for evenings outside. Beach towels and toiletries beyond the basics are not supplied.

Children, pets & access The cottage sleeps up to four; the Olive Room and Garden Studio sleep two each. Ask about a travel cot before booking. We cannot accommodate pets. The Olive Room is upstairs; the cottage and studio have steps or uneven approaches. Tell us about access needs so we can discuss the layout honestly.

A peaceful house No smoking indoors and no parties. Please keep shared spaces quiet from 22:00 to 08:00. There is no pool or electric-car charging point.

Your booking Send a request with your dates and guest count. Your booking becomes confirmed once the required payment has been recorded. Check the terms shown with your own booking before paying. This demo never takes real payments or sends real emails.
